Desk staff was friendly.
Dank damp carpets, old crummy furnishings, insecticide smell, sad mattress.

I booked a room for myself and another for a business colleague and was embarrassed by how crummy the room was. The carpet felt wet and the furnishings should have been retired long ago. Poor reception on the small TV. ...read more

There was a great free breakfast and very comfortable hotel.
Nothing.

Hotel is in a great location close to freeway and it has a full breakfast no other hotels I have been in offered that. Very nice customer service and it was a very quite environment.

Nothing. It was the worst experience of my life I was only there for about 20 minutes.
The room, the manager, the filth that was in that room were disgusting.

As soon as I walked into that room I was disgusted with the smell, the cleanliness.

Close to the beach. Raj was very nice & helpful
Beds & pillows unsanitary. Raj's boss talked very poor to her in front on guests.

Ask for Raj! She was very helpful and friendly, however her boss was mean to her in front of guests regardless. Bed was in poor condition, pillows were flat and in poor condition, access was one way and very limited, located on a very steep incline. Hotel was very close to the beach and pier. ...read more

Closed to the beach.
Small rooms, cheap beds, small breakfast room. It is one star hotel not two star.

I stayed in this hotel two days. Rooms were small beds were cheapest you can find around. Rooms were small. It should be one star hotel only. Breakfast was only below average. Breakfast room was the size of one small hotel room. Swimming pool does not qualify for swimming pool. It is probably size of 10 by 10 feet. ...read more

It was convenient.
The bed was the worst we have ever slept in.

I felt the description was misleading and the pictures made it look a lot nicer and bigger room than it actually was. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone nor would we ever stay here again. Our trip was for our thirty second wedding anniversary and we were very disappointed with our stay. ...read more

Just that it is on the sea shore.
Everything else in the hotel is poor.

The room door of the hotel was so thin and was shaking. If one gives a good pull, door can be easily broken. No safety. When we checked-in and only to found out that the restroom tap is not working. The breakfast they served in the morning looks dried - might be day before stuffs or left over. We had to go out and had our breakfast. ...read more
